The Paris Saint-Germain forward earned the honor at the awards ceremony in Doha, Qatar, on December 16, 2025, following his Ballon d’Or win in September.

Dembélé played a pivotal role in PSG’s Champions League triumph, their first ever, plus wins in Ligue 1, Coupe de France, and Trophée des Champions.

He contributed 51 goals and assists in 53 matches, excelling as a central striker with key strikes against Liverpool and Arsenal.

Chosen by votes from national team captains, coaches, journalists, and fans, he beat Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal and Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappé. This marks his first FIFA Best award, joining winners like Messi and Ronaldo.

The Best FIFA Men’s XI featured PSG stars like Gianluigi Donnarumma (goalkeeper), Achraf Hakimi, Nuno Mendes, and Vitinha, alongside Yamal, Pedri, and Virgil van Dijk.
