The next few months may not be palatable for transgender socialite, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky over the controversial Best- Female dressed award won by him which has ignited bashings left and right.

Bobrisky at an event held in Lagos recently was adjudged the Best Female Dressed woman and received a cash prize of N1 million.

Irked by giving such an award to a Bobrisky instead of a real woman, Nollywood actress, Dayo Amusa lambasted the organizer of the event describing it as a disrespect to the women.

Amusa reacting via a video message shared on her Instagram account, said it was a mockery of the women present at the event.
She said, “I was at a colleague of mine premiere yesterday, they said the best dressers are to be picked; one female and one male best dresser. Don’t get me wrong, the winner could be anyone but not a crossdresser. I mean, what’s wrong with us? I don’t understand it.

“I cannot imagine the judges disrespecting every woman that was there. You had to pick a winner, a female best dressed and a male best dressed and you watered the efforts of all the women at the event by giving the best-dressed female to a crossdresser. I don’t understand, what is wrong with us.

“If you feel you want to honor crossdressers, you should have created their category instead of disrespecting women by giving a crossdresser the best dressed female award.”

Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Media Mr. Ossai Success has not taken it lightly as he publicly declared his intention to sue the Nigerian crossdresser, Bobrisky, and the producer of the movie “Ajanuku: Beast of Two Worlds” for allegedly promoting transgender.

Taking to Facebook, Ossai lambasted Bobrisky’s recent accolade as the “Best Dressed Female” at the premiere of the said movie, which took place at the Circle Mall in Lekki, Lagos State. His scathing remarks included assertions that Bobrisky belongs in prison rather than on a glamorous red carpet.

“The boy Bobrisky is a negative influence on our youth and has caused so much damage to young Nigerians,” declared Ossai, emphasizing the detrimental impact he believes Bobrisky has had on the impressionable minds of Nigerian youngsters”.

He called for swift government intervention and urged the federal authorities to take action by arresting both Bobrisky and the movie producer for purportedly championing transgender and LGBTQ+ rights, which are prohibited by Nigerian law. He decried the premiere attendees, labeling them as a “disgrace to womanhood” and asserting that the movie should be banned from airing in Nigeria due to its alleged encouragement of transgender identity and LGBTQ+ rights.

“This is the right time for our government to act,” Ossai proclaimed, intensifying the urgency of his demands”.

“As tensions escalate, the spotlight now shifts to the Nigerian government, which faces mounting pressure to address the contentious issue of LGBTQ+ rights within the nation’s borders.

“With voices on both sides of the spectrum clamoring for attention, the outcome of this impassioned dispute remains uncertain, leaving many Nigerians anxiously awaiting the next chapter in this unfolding saga”.

However, Bobrisky has told his critics to mind their business as he would defend himself in the presence of God for his action,” they wouldn’t be the ones to answer on my behalf.”

Babrisky recently told the world that he now possesses female genitals like ladies asked netizens and critics to mind their businesses and stay clear of his life decisions.

“If my creator wakes me up and asks me to explain why he created a man and I turned myself into a beautiful woman, I will defend myself and tell him why. You won’t be there to explain to me. So mind ur business,” he said.

Recently, Bobrisky described his transition into a woman as ‘smooth’.

Sharing a picture via his Instagram page, Bobrisky expressed happiness with the transition, saying that he had no health issues during the surgery procedure.

Bobrisky said he was grateful to his medical staff in Nigeria and abroad for their assistance in easing his transition into femininity.

Also, Bobrisky said recently that if the exchange rate is N3,000 to a dollar he would live comfortably because billionaires were funding his lifestyle.
