The Court of Appeal siting in Akure, Ondo State capital on Thursday affirmed Dr Wole Oluyede as the rightful winner of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primary election held in November 2025.
The appeal court nullified the judgement of the Federal High Court, Ado Ekiti which had earlier nullified the results of the primary.
