A female member of the Nigerian Youth Service Corps was reportedly molested by some teachers in a secondary school in Ilorin, Kwara State, for failure to greet them.
The lady was allegedly beaten and stripped by teachers for not greeting them properly at Government Day Junior Secondary School, Kulende, Ilorin.
According to Nigeria Stories, a corps member who visited the school to collect her clearance letter was allegedly assaulted by a teacher for “not greeting properly.”
Eyewitnesses claim the teacher attacked her, tearing her NYSC white t-shirt, and was allegedly joined by another teacher who slapped her.
This incident has sparked outrage, with many calling for an investigation and accountability.
