Special Adviser to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Media, Paul Ibe, has asked the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, to quit his job.
Ibe made this statement on Thursday when he featured on The Morning Brief, a programme on Channels Television.
This is coming after Keyamo faulted former Vice President Atiku Abubakar for announcing his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with a letter bearing Nigeria’s Coat of Arms.
“Where was Keyamo when Atiku Abubakar was in the frontline battling the military and eventually, with other compatriots, able to get them out? Where was he? He is just playing to the gallery. Sycophancy is the end game,” Ibe said.
Ibe criticised the claim of impersonation levelled against Atiku by Keyamo over the use of the Nigerian Coat of Arms logo in his correspondence.
“Nobody is impersonating anybody. Atiku Abubakar is a former Vice President. That is known. I don’t want to dignify him (Keyamo). He can go to court if he wants to,” he said.
Recall that Atiku dumped the PDP on Wednesday for the ADC
