The Supreme Court of Nigeria on Friday affirmed the election of Delta State Governor, Dr Sheriff Oborevwori as duly elected.
The apex court dismissed the three Appeals against the declaration and return of the incumbent Governor.
Similarly, the Supreme Court upheld the election of Dapo Abiodun as Governor of Ogun State and dismissed the appeal of his challenger, Mr Ladi Adebutu of the PDP.
