My National Assembly ambition is borne out of desire for quality representation — Engineer Toyin Ojo … says Ado Central LCDA is building the first ever world class automated care park

The Chairman of the Ado Central Local Council Development Area, Engineer Toyin Ojo has confirmed that his intention to run for the seat of the Ekiti Central Federal Constituency I at the National Assembly is out of passion for quality representation and replication of what he did at the council.

Toyin Ojo who spoke during a parley with Journalists in Ado Ekiti explained that though his ambition is in the hand of God, he is eager to apply his experience and expertise towards making a difference in the lives of people of the constituency if given the opportunity to serve.

Highlighting his achievements in office, Engineer Toyin Ojo confirmed that he built the current secretariat in Oke Oniyo within hundred days in office when there was no conducive space for him and his exco members to operate.

According to him, the council is currently building a world class automated car park in the heart of Ado Ekiti with the aim of controlling traffic congestion, addressing illegal parking and generating income for the council.

He noted that the car park if completed would ranked among the best in the country.

He added that the council had done many projects which include provision of potable water, community electrification, provision of solar energy, construction of strategic roads and bridges, support for persons with disabilities, aged and widows.

Toyin Ojo explained that his Council has always been a model in all ramifications because of his background in the private sector and that is what he intends to replicate if given the opportunity to serve at the National Assembly.
