A 54-year-old man, identified as Malaimi Yellow obsessed with love for homosexuality has been killed by his supposed lover in Sango-Ota, Ogun State.
The Pathfinder News learned that the alleged killer of Yellow who happened to be a younger brother of the deceased, identified as Ibrahim Salisu, allegedly drew out a machete and killed Yellow for pestering him with his demand.
The incident happened at Araromi Street, Sango-Ota, Ogun State last Friday at about 11. pm.
The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Ogun State Police Command, Mr Odutola Omolola said that Ibrahim Salisu was being detained in police custody.
Odutola said that the corpse of Yellow had been recovered and deposited at the Ifo General Hospital Mortuary for autopsy.
According to the PPRO, Salisu has confessed to the crime. “He told our men, who arrested him, that he killed his brother because he kept disturbing him for sex. His case will soon be transferred once the preliminary investigation is completed,” Odutola, said.
