The Chairman of Aremo, Ibadan District Coordinating Council III of the Christ Apostolic Church, Pastor Titus Olusola Ajayi (AGS), has urged people to believe firmly in God in this austere time, saying with God all things are possible.
Pastor Ajayi stated this during the foundation-laying ceremony of the residential house for the DCC III chairman held on Saturday at Afofura Area of Ibadan.
The minister said, “Going through economic hardship in the country, it is by the grace of God that any meaningful thing can be done, but for those who believe in God all things are possible. I want to say with emphasis that only in Jesus Christ is the hope to triumph.”
Quoting from Galatians 4:4, Pastor Ajayi said the fullness of the time has come for DCC III to own a chairman’s residential house and urged everybody in the DCC to emulate the people of Israel as done in Nehemiah 4:6 to have the mind to work for the project to complete on schedule.
Pastor Ajayi performed the foundation laying ceremony and was ably supported by other ministers and Elders.
The District Superintendent of Aremo District Council, Pastor Samuel Akinade (AGS)on behalf of the DCC III thanked the Board of Elders of the Christ Apostolic Church, Aremo, Ibadan for providing DCC the plot of land to build the Chairman’s House. He prayed that God should continue to bless them.
The Chairman of the Building Committee, Pastor A O Oyewole (AGS) in his reaction said he was happy and thanked God for the foundation-laying ceremony and prayed that God should provide abundantly for the assemblies in the DCC to have money to spend on the project.
