The last song of the late Nollywood actress and producer, Allwell Ademola, has surfaced.
Naijanewshub reports that the Yoruba film actress died on Saturday night after suffering a heart attack at her residence. The tragic development was confirmed by several of her colleagues in the movie industry, including Damola Olatunji, Mr Latin, Fathia Williams and Bidemi Kosoko, who took to social media to mourn her sudden demise.
In her final social media post before death came calling, the actress was seen singing along to a gospel song playing in the background, with lyrics expressing faith and defiance against death.
“In the name of Jesus, I will see the end of this year. This year will never see my end,” she sang, a line many netizens have described as haunting and deeply emotional in retrospect.
Alas, Allwell didn’t see the end of 2025, let alone crossing over. She died few hours after the post.
THE death of Nollywood actress and producer Allwell Ademola has continued to generate emotional reactions, particularly following the resurfacing of her final social media post made just hours before she passed away.

Earlier in the month, the late actress had also spoken emotionally about her late fiancé, whom she lost years ago to gun violence. Allwell had revealed that she was on a phone call with him when he was shot, an incident she said left her traumatised for two years. According to her, the tragedy disrupted plans for a wedding that was supposed to take place in 2005.
Despite the passage of time, Allwell often spoke fondly of her late lover, stating that she still missed him deeply and believed he was proud of her achievements. In 2022, she marked his remembrance again, describing him as “a good man” and her “everything,” while admitting that she had once promised herself to wait for his return.
