The National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ajibola Basiru has withdrawn from the 2026 Osun State governorship race.
Basiru announced his withdrawal on Saturday at commissioning of his office building in Osogbo.
The APC Chieftain said the withdrawal is due to enormous responsibility attached to his current role are reasons behind his decision.
